The Community Health Development Fund Programme (CHDF) was established to provide funding support to community based projects and programmes.  The 2005 / 06 Fund will fund projects that promote involving and working with disadvantaged young people in Brent. 

Approved projects will show some or all of the following:

• direct and active involvement of young people in the project
• a clear and specific target to involve young people in medium to long-term vision and implementation of project
• involve young young people in the general activities of the responsible organisation

The closing date for applications will be 31st October, 2005
