The aim of this project is to support the residents of the local area in developing a range of initiatives that promote health and well-being. It aims to work with Brent tPCT, Brent Council, Metropolitan Housing Trust and other organisations to ensure that such initiatives are integrated into local plans for a community facility at Chalkhill.
