This project aims to improve the capacity of voluntary and community sector (VCS) to engage with, and work in partnership with the PCT and other public sector agencies. Also to raise the understanding of the public sector to the role and value of the VCS by creating an environment conducive to meaningful partnership working. And to create opportunities for community, public, user and carer involvement in the PCT and local public sector.
